You can earn Piping Perks for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, click the 'My Rewards' tab in the Rewards page menu, once logged in.
A $5 voucher is worth 400 Piping Perks.
Your points balance is displayed once logged in, on the 'My Rewards' Page.
Once logged in, select 'My Rewards' and the tab called 'Earn Points'. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Points expire 12 months after you signed up. So to maintain your tier status level and points, be sure to make the necessary amount of orders every 12 months to maintain your tier status and to ensure your points don't expire.
Your tier status, such as Diamond or Platinum is renewed every 12 months from the date you joined the program. So you'll need to make the minimum amount of purchases as well as earn the minimum amount of points over the 12 month period to maintain your status level.

'Approved' points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. 'Pending' points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals and 'cancelled' points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

When you enter the Platinum and Diamond tiers, you'll have a $5 and $15 Piping Perks voucher sent to you via email. You can only earn one voucher in total for each time you enter a tier. For example, if you drop down from Platinum to Gold then go back up to Platinum, you won't receive the $5 voucher again.
